Inspections
Before any concrete is to be poured in a footings system. It is mandatory for an inspection by your contracted building surveyor.
He will visit your site and inspect the depth of the footings and the placement of the reinforcement.
He will guide you through what works are needed to be carried out or rectified before pouring, and he will write out an inspection report stating approved or not approved
